Just returned from climbing. We also tried it blindfolded which is so much easier. Your body relaxes and hands and feet find the next footing without the head interfering too much.
Great fun, I will definetly do that in the summer. It’s supposed to be so much more fun with fresh air, the sky and no given route.

The casting went quite well (at least my expression), but it probably depends on the producer’s idea of how the actor for the ad should look like.
I do hope I fit in.
The agency-agent, well you know what I mean, told me, the location might be New Zealand. My brain just went blob after this.
I wonder what it will do, if i get the job…

Saw the movie on DVD, it’s a lot better than expected.
And the old rock star (forgot his name) is great. Very good at swearing, too.
Why do I mention that in a seperate entry, you may ask yourself.
Because of love.
Because my best friend is pregnant!!!!
Unbelievable.
And wonderful.
Almost makes me jealous of being a man.
I mean, imagine having a little human in your belly…

after such a long absence, here the last events in a nutshell:

- spent one week in rome; mainly holiday, but we had one performance with our theatre for kids, which went so well that we might come back for more in the summer
rome is great; and i fell in love with michelangelo’s pietà in st. peter’s.
gosh, what a beautiful statue.

- had nice jobs in hamburg, frankfurt, munich and here; if it stays like this, maybe the time will come to quit my small side jobs

- a friend’s colleague will get me a contact for more dubbing jobs (comics and porn). that would be fun.

- i always wondered, why my friends (many of them in regular jobs, lawyer, designer, teacher etc.) had so little time to call or meet or whatever. now i finally understand them.

Well, not me, but my internet-connection.
Cause from today on, I have DSL.
What a difference to my old analog modem.
Now I just need a new PC. Or laptop.
And if tomorrow all goes well, I might even buy one. Because tomorrow is another casting, this time in HH and for a TV-ad.
So, naturally well paid.
My applications get some offspring, finally.
Last saturday, I dubbed a comic.
There were a lot more roles than voice-actors, so some of my parts were: a Nazi soldier, a British soldier (Jolly good, old boy), a little refugee boy, an ordinary citizen, a resistance fighter.
