I wonder, if the category “Theatre” or “Performing Arts” could be added…

My second performance for the live audio play “Die Dekoder” is due this evening, broadcasting from 11 pm til midnight.
Worked as a barkeeper saturday night. Without being payed because it was a party collecting money for a children’s project in africa, so everybody (even the DJ) worked for free.
I did it with my theatre colleague, who is great fun to be with, so we had a nice time.
On sunday I finally managed to meet with another colleague (we were planning to meet for about half a year), his girl-friend and another friend (E). We had a nice dinner (pesto-pasta with salad, chocolate and cashews afterwards).
We watched the DVD from our latest
performance, including some interviews. Jesus, I surely look better, when I act. During the interview my face did very strange things…
Then we played “Tabu”, which is great fun. Not just because his girl-friend and me (who were in the same team) gloriously won. But it’s just a nice game.
Three of us wanted to play Settlers, but E was too exhausted. (No reason for a chainsaw, jeck) So we just sat and talked, I explained to them the world of LARP in a nutshell and that was it: a very nice evening.
No. 1: getting personal mail (not email but the real stuff)
Thanks jeck.
To be continued
With some help, my mood finally has gotten better.
Smiling is so much nicer than grumbling.
Not even the f*%&ing bad movie “House of Flying Daggers” could change that.
Man, that one is surely overrated. Do not, I repeat, do not waste money on this one.
Well, do it, if you like
a) long sequences of people riding on horses through a forest
b) mediocre fight sequences (and very few in general)
c) a not very compelling love story and stupid dialogues
d) a stupid ending
or if you think that a (I have to admit) very good dance scene with drums is worth a cinema ticket

Talked with my colleague yesterday.
We both feel shitty, exhausted and shirty (another nice new word).
Easy diagnostics, I just have wait two more months til the end of winter. I really am just a subject to my hormonal fluctuations: Every love-relationship I’d ever had started in spring (end of march till end of april).

Sometimes being a single really sucks.
E.g. right now. *sigh*
the last year surely had it’s ups and downs. Well, actually too many downs: breakup of my longest relationship ever, two important job plans not working out (just to mention the worst stuff).
I hope 2005 will be better concerning love and labour.
