Just came back from recording 12 tracks for my audio test cd (including a scotsman, a whale documentary and a very funny bonus track).
It was so much fun again.
And now that I have new pictures and my voice samples, I really need to get my homepage started.

I have been to a great second-hand-shop yesterday. We were looking for equipment for the next con and found very nice stuff. Including an old leather-jacket, a workers-security-vest, a fireman-uniform, funny hats (new pictures lie ahead for your gallery, jeck) etc.
And around here, it is the only place still charging for kilos and not pieces.
PS: So, jeck and squee, when you come again, we should definitely go there. Just a 40-minute-ride by car.

I just remembered one performance from our tour in June.
There were some very intense moments in the play; anger, sorrow etc. The audiences’ reactions usually showed us that the play worked.
Except this one special school performance: At one point, the main character being pissed off he smashes his mobile phone into the bus stop shelter. And this caused an uproar and gasping in the otherwise unmoved audience. I would have very much liked to look into people’s heads: “Oh my god, he is throwing away his mobile. Now it is going to get serious.”

Jesus, when work arrives, it decides to do so in a huge load.
In the last seven days I had
- one performance 115 km away friday night
- 4,5 hours rehearsal for a workshop performance next weekend and
one performance 100 km away saturday night
- rehearsals on sunday for a play and again workshop rehearsals (in all 6 hours)
- rehearsal on monday (just three hours)
- 2 hours office work and then off to hamburg (280 km away) on tuesday
- a photo-shooting in the blistering cold on wednesday
- another photo-shooting (not outside) and then off to cologne (425 km) on thursday
to the radio station and
finally back home (another 150 km)
Exciting days…

Took part in a radio-play yesterday. Hoooooooooray. My first radio job.
It’s a series (once a month), so more jobs may lie ahead.
To be continued…
(hopefully)

Today surely is blogging-day…
Got my first nerf-gun from ebay this week.
An old model - single shot - four darts included.
And since I abandoned all usual drugs (like alcohol, marihuana etc.) I really fall for my hobbies (computer games, roleplaying, martial arts).
So I practised with the nerf gun.
And practised.
And practised.
Got of four shots below 12 seconds. Right- AND left-handed.
Another vital skill…
Reminds me of the strip with Calvin & Hobbes, where they talk about their burping skills (which I mastered as well).
PS: Squee and Jeck, how is the location?

Strange thing, this time-feeling.
Called a friend, because I thought we didn’t talk for ages.
I mentioned that after a while and she replied: “But we talked just two weeks ago. Remember? My birthday.”
I would have sworn, at least six weeks had passed. At least.
Strange.
And it’s not even, that I had incredibly much work to do during the last two weeks.
But maybe that’s the key.
I read six books in these past days. So by reading other people’s thoughts and experiences, your brain files them as “things that happened”. And when it fails to mark them as “not happened to brain-owner” it makes you feel as if much more time has passed than actually did.
I should have majored in psychology!

Tore my shoelace yesterday.
So I went to my shoemaker and bought new ones. Back home I realized they are too thin, so off again to change them.
He searched a bit and then announced: “Oh, here are thicker ones, but they are a lot more expensive.” - I was thinking: How many Euros can you pay for a pair of shoelaces and waited. So just 60 cent more. - “They are a new fabricate and the company says, they are unbreakable.”
Explains the difference to the old one, the way it is woven etc. Then he finishes,
takes a look at my torn shoelace and says after a short pause
“Hm, your old one is one of them unbreakable shoelaces.”
