I’m back from the convention. I will write more later on. Right now you can have a look at the relic forums. I wrote an entry about Dark Crusade and now hilarity ensues…
- Get a (free) fileplanet-account.
- Sign up for a beta key for Company of Heroes.
- Download 1.6 GB directly or via bittorrent.
- Give me a message so we can set up a game of WWII-mayhem. The game works like an upgraded version of Dawn of War.

It happened a while ago but I just noticed. Relic released the patch 1.5 from what I’ve read so far players respond to the patch with mixed feelings.
The three things I found most interesting are:
- CD-checking copy protection removed. Yay!
- Assault Marines nerfed. I didn’t use them anyway.
- Rocket Launchers boosted. Just started to work with those things.
Get the patch simply by choosing “Online” in “Multiplayer”.
played my first two sessions of Dawn of War with the Outsider. In the first session my Eldars got stomped by the Space Marines. The 2nd match went better because he was to reluctant and I tried to built other troops faster.
However, the whole purpose of this post is the following linkage:
- Tactica Imperialis - The best strategy threads from the Relic forums.
- Strategy guides for all races.
There should be some german guide on this site but it’s down at the moment.
