I found this while roaming around. Quite interesting. Also puts the Kill Bill movie into perspective with his other work and his background.

Everything happens for a reason, except possibly football.

…this is what I saw in the bus today. Isn’t it fluffy?

Yay! Last shift this week is over, all that is left to do is file the things here:
The foreign ministers of the EU are meeting this weekend tp discuss the concept for the european constitution. This meeting is the last before the final summit in december where the text of the constitution should be finished and the positions of the EU-members still leave a lot to discuss.
CDU party congress will be begin sunday. The changes to the party platform will be dramatic, but are supposed to pass the votes smoothly. However arguments may flare up about the firing of controversial politician Hohmann. Later on there may be trouble with the sister party CSU cause positions on some social reforms are differing.
Traditional and well-known Yuletide market is opening in Nuremburg. It’s there since 1628 and even japanese people come to see it.
[/Spoilers]
Oh. Nearly forgot: ZDFmorgenmagazin.
The new Linux Kernel 2.6 is thought be clean of any “suspicious” code SCO might (maybe) have Ip on. But that won’t stop them! Now they’re continuing because of “non-literal code transfers”.
That reminds me a lot about the White Wolf vs Sony case:
[Quote] “85. In the World of Darkness, the background setting is very dark, described as gothic/punk. In Underworld the background setting is very dark, with a combination of gothic and punk attire, settings and people.” [Quote]
Maybe they have the same lawyer? =)
And another box for my petty work at the ZDFmorgenmagazin.
Just in case: I always mention the ZDFmorgenmagazin so I have an one-to-one search phrase if I ever want to look things up later. But all you smart guys & gals had thought that anyways, don’t you? Enough rambling, todays pieces are:
The government decided – or rather followed EU law, though happily cause they wanted it anyways – that the regulator that keeps an eye on the telecommunications and post market already should watch the power sector too. We have a free market here since 1998 but according to some sources private households still pay too much for power. What may the old an new regulator bring? Read on…
Jill Sander turns 60. So I did a little biography of her. (Or should that be “on her”?) If you always wanted to know where she had here first shop (Hamburg-pöseldorf) or why she started working at Jil Sander again (no clothes) this is the link to click!

Not much to do at the ZDFmorgenmagazin. All the topics were covered by the online-crew in Mainz so I basically hooked our homepage up to their articles. I only had to write one article and the RoF.
How our government tries to bring all the bureaucracy online and make administrative things available over the net. Until now they seem to be quite successful.
CvD-Comment: “Well written.” Ya!
…for you made me spend money again. After giving up on Bluetooth for synchronizing my T610 I decided to get a USB-cable straight from the source. I assumed it would be at least 10 bucks more expensive than at any online-shop, but I was pleasantly surprised: They where 3 Bucks cheaper than the cheapest offer I’ve seen so far. And now it syncs as if there’s no tomorrow…
I am working at the ZDFmorgenmagazin this week again. It’s very hard to keep track about what I have written*, but now I realized that my blog is a very cool and handy place for this. So this week I’ll collect the fine *cough* pieces I’ve written day by day. In the spoiler tag there’ll be the “Right or Wrong?” a quiz which we actualize every day and which isn’t stored on the web. If you’re from the german speaking community you can have a guess if you want to win some nice cups from our show! yay!
Anyways, here we go:
Every slogan with which food is advertised should be scientifically backed up – at least this is what the EU wants.
Last year the opposition initiated a comission which researched whether the government lied about certain things during the last election campaign. The work of the comission ends this week and we have a look at what the parties think about it. Not to surprising though.
About the place where the Christmas tree balls made of glass come from.
[/Spoilers]
* It’s not really creative writing, it’s more like combining the sources and warp them into a readable text.

Examination is over.

It was worth the trouble after all. Thanx go to the vampire, Lili and A.
Interesting for everyone who needs them but hasn’t a full blown server: selfphp is offering free cronjobs [limited to call a page 1/day]. I had a look at the GLUE-package lately and wondered were to get cronjobs which are required to reset the daily rankings but my server doesn’t support. Well, here they are! =)
And: 2 days to go.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
collapses.
..some links:
…is very near. Be prepared!
